Advanced training for teachers ready to go further.
The 300-hour is where teaching becomes craft. Led by senior faculty — Paul Teodo, Byron de Marsé and physiotherapist Michael Henri — each module goes deep on one dimension of advanced teaching: intelligent sequencing, the yin and yang of the nervous system and fascia, and the art of holding transformational space.
You'll train inside The IN Movement's living wellness ecosystem in Nyuh Kuning, Ubud — a yoga and meditation studio, a recovery center and the INJoy restaurant on one site — alongside an international cohort of teachers and dedicated practitioners.
One of the most meaningful parts of the experience is the community you'll become part of. Over six weeks, you'll learn, practice, challenge one another, and grow alongside teachers from around the world. Many of the relationships formed here continue long after the training ends, becoming a network of colleagues, collaborators, mentors, and lifelong friends connected by a shared commitment to the practice.
One certification. Multiple paths.
Rather than one fixed month-long course, your 300-hour is built from advanced modules you choose.

Build your 300 your way

Sophisticated Sequencing
Learn a system for cueing poses that makes students feel strong. Five days on the architecture of a great class — how postures pair, how a sequence builds, and how anatomy shapes both.

- Learn a customizable class framework you'll use throughout your teaching career
- Deepen your understanding of anatomical alignment
- Integrate the clinical perspective of physiotherapist Michael Henri into your teaching

Yin-Yang Yoga
Discover how Yin and Yang practices work together to create a more resilient, balanced body and nervous system. Rooted in the teachings of Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers, this immersive combines fascial anatomy, myofascial release, and dynamic movement to deepen your understanding of the body and expand your teaching toolkit.
- Teach Yin-Yang Yoga with a complete, integrated framework
- Understand fascia, myofascial release, and elastic movement with confidence
- Sequence intelligently using the body's primary fascial lines
- Support students through movement, emotion, and nervous system regulation
- Strengthen your own practice while becoming a more confident, resilient teacher

Empowerment Yoga
Learn to create classes that transform more than the body. This immersive explores Byron's unique Empowerment Experience Methodology, combining purposeful sequencing, conscious language, self-inquiry, music, and energy to create experiences that move students physically, mentally, and emotionally. You'll develop the skills to teach with greater presence, respond intuitively to the room, and guide students through meaningful, lasting transformation.

Do I need a 200-hour certification to join?
Yes — a 200-hour certification from any Registered Yoga School is the prerequisite, and it doesn't need to be from us. If you don't have yours yet, our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training runs November 2–24, 2026. You're also welcome to attend individual modules for Yoga Alliance continuing-education hours without one.
Will this give me my RYT-500?
Yes. Your 300-hour certification, combined with your existing 200-hour, makes you eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-500 — recognized worldwide.
Can I take just one module?
Absolutely. Every module is a complete, standalone training and can be booked on its own. Each one still counts toward your 300-hour certification whenever you choose to complete it.
Do I have to finish all 300 hours this fall?
Not at all. Many students complete their certification over multiple trainings across one or two years. Take one or two modules now, and return for future offerings when the timing feels right.
Can I take the modules in any order?
Yes. There's no required sequence — start with the module that speaks to you most. The one exception is within Empowerment: Level 2 builds directly on Level 1, so taking Level 2 means booking the full 150-hour training. Future offerings, including Meditation and INtuitive Touch, also count toward your hours.
What if I'm missing a small number of hours?
A gap of up to 50 hours can be fulfilled through an equivalent training completed with a reputable teacher, approved on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsure what qualifies, just reach out.
What's included, and what's not?
Every training includes 2 meals a day (breakfast and lunch) at INJoy and the course manual — whether you take one module or all three. The full 300 also includes your Yoga Alliance 300-hour certification. Not included: accommodation, flights, travel insurance, and local transport. The full breakdown is in the course guide.
How does payment work?
A Rp 26,500,000 deposit reserves your place in all three modules, with the balance of Rp 56,500,000 due September 1 — Rp 83,000,000 in total. Pay in full up front and the total drops to Rp 79,500,000, the best price. Individual modules can also be booked on their own. All prices are quoted in Indonesian rupiah; international cards are accepted and your bank converts automatically.
Where do I stay during the training?
Accommodation isn't included, and that's on purpose — you stay where you like, at the budget that suits you. Nyuh Kuning is a quiet village walkable to central Ubud, with places to stay at every level, and we're happy to suggest options close to the studio.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable, but they transfer to a future training within 18 months. If you've paid in full and can't transfer: cancel 30 or more days before your training starts for a refund minus the non-refundable deposit and any transfer fees; within 30 days of the start an additional cancellation fee applies, which varies by module — ask us for your module's exact terms. Partial attendance doesn't qualify for a refund, except verified medical emergencies, where you can retake the missed days in a future offering, subject to availability and approval.
