This 50-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga & Somatics Training is a comprehensive, experiential immersion into the neuroscience of trauma, nervous system regulation, and the somatic tools that transform
how you teach, how you hold space, and how you understand every person who steps onto their mat.

Rooted in both modern science and ancient yogic wisdom, this training bridges two worlds that have always belonged together – giving you a living, embodied framework for what is actually happening in
the bodies and nervous systems of your students, your clients, and yourself.

We will go deep into polyvagal theory, the window of tolerance, neuroplasticity, autonomic nervous system function, and much more – alongside a rich, immediately applicable toolkit of trauma-informed teaching methodologies, somatic practices, pranayama, and meditation techniques designed specifically for nervous system regulation and trauma recovery. You will leave knowing not just what to teach, but precisely why it works – and how to apply it with confidence in group classes, private sessions, workshops, and your own daily practice.

This training is designed for yoga teachers ready to work more skillfully with complex students, mental health professionals, and wellness coaches seeking body-centered tools to deepen their clinical practice, and anyone on their own journey who wants a profound understanding of how trauma lives in the body – and how to move through it with greater awareness, agency, and self-support. By the end of this training, you will feel genuinely empowered and equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to create safe, transformative spaces for others while continuing to deepen your own path of growth and self-discovery.
