Meet Your Teacher
Ana Lucía Fariña (E-RYT 500)
Ana Lucía Fariña, also known as Analu, was born in Costa Rica and has been immersed in the spiritual path from an early age. She has studied and practiced around the world with renowned teachers, drawing inspiration from Eastern philosophies and traditions such as Tibetan Buddhism, Vedic studies, Yoga, Advaita Vedanta, and Mesoamerican shamanic traditions. Most recently, she has also trained with Balinese priests. She has dedicated her life fully to spiritual growth and service.
For over 18 years, Analu has been traveling globally, offering healing yoga, kirtan, Akashic readings, wellness retreats, spiritual pilgrimages, and transformative travel experiences. She also leads 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings internationally.
Born into a family of musicians and teachers, Analu began playing classical piano at the age of five. She also plays guitar, sings, and has been devoted to the harmonium since 2009. A multi-instrumentalist and passionate Bhakti Yoga practitioner, she focuses primarily on harmonium and devotional singing. Analu has been leading kirtans and Bhakti Yoga practices worldwide at yoga studios, retreat centers, and festivals, including Envision Festival (Costa Rica), BaliSpirit Festival, and Kirtan Fest Costa Rica, as well as at venues across the globe. She has studied kirtan, Vedic chanting, and bhajans in the West with Jai Uttal and at Naropa University (USA), and in India in cities such as Rishikesh and Varanasi with traditional teachers. She has also trained in sound healing in
Chile and Bali.
Analu offers a wide range of conscious living and wellness experiences, including sound healing journeys, kirtans, retreats, spiritual travel, yoga teacher trainings, and Akashic readings. As a teacher of teachers, she invites others to walk the spiritual path with authenticity—serving from the heart with inclusivity, compassion, and sincerity.
