I'm your host, Brent, Collier. And today, I have an amazing guest a long time friend. He's a dedicated Yogi, a guru meditation wizard. He's accomplished so many projects and I've seen him grow just along the way into this incredible human being like to introduce my very good friend, Andrew seat Lessing and welcome to the show on the rat race podcast and And Rat Race Rebellion.

That's what I'm talking about, getting people out of the Rat Race. Yeah, giving them a new perspective on life, and it's so wonderful to see you to be reunited, all the way from Bali to Costa Rica to beautiful places and just to have the opportunity to reconnect and touch base on how we got to where we are today.

Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. We've both been on some incredible Journeys and even though we're all the way across the world, we are able to connect and make this happen, which is quite incredible and Andrew and eyes. Journey started back in San Luis Obispo at Cal Poly, where I was actually here.

Wow, leader was your wild leader and so it's been what 10, 10, 15 years now that we've known each other. And I've seen quite a transformation from another. You've seen my highs Milo's, I've been seeing your highs and lows and it's been just a great journey to have you alongside supporting me. And like, yeah, definitely, it's it's been quite the journey and so it's the transformation of life, you know. And I think that essentially going all the way back from, you know, where you were the leader

to me and showing me the ways of school and showing me around Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Go to, you know, me then going to San Francisco and visiting you when you were, you know, at Deloitte and doing your big man job there and then, you know, me, teaching yoga and starting on that path.

And then you coming to Bali to come to my first ever Retreat and Bam, you know, the rest is history. So I think it's a really beautiful witnessing of how the flower blossoms. Yeah. Absolutely well said and it's an incredible journey to just see a blossoming flower turning from a thorny prickly Vine into a beautiful flower and witnessing that whole experience on one another And now being on the Rat Race Rebellion podcast, we like to focus on the hero's journey and kind of talk about what

challenges we faced out because it's not all lost to me and Rosie and beautiful as we both know. But now being on the other side of things, I'm sure we both have or you have some wisdom that you can share, but let's start out with the beginning of your journey.

Maybe. Tell us a little bit about where you started. Yeah, and go from there, the Beginning of my journey started in college. Actually Kelsey, how took me to my first ever yoga? Yeah, I know, Kelsey, and she's a mutual friend of ours who at the time was doing Bikram Yoga and she was like, Hey, like you got to come with me to become yoga at the time.

I had an ankle injury from playing soccer and I was like oh you know like I'm just going to be sitting on the bench and she was like no like your body's going to atrophy like come with me to Bikram Yoga and I was like oh whatever.

A fine. You know, finally went with her to a Bikram Yoga class. And essentially, as soon as I walked into the class, I was immediately challenged I was immediately put in a place of resistance and in that place of resistance, I realized that it was just me and myself.

Looking at myself in the mirror and I was like, hmm. Like this is really interesting to be a Collegiate athlete at 19. Looking at people who are double my age, doing things that I can't do. And at the immediate Presence of that moment I was put in a place where my ego was challenged and I was like, you know, I should be able to do this like, I'm a Collegiate athlete.

Like, you know, I'm healthy and you know, I should be able to do this and really it just kept me coming back. And after that yoga class, I determined that I really needed to practice you, okay? And that I was going to sign up for a 30-day challenge, and from the 30 day challenge, And I did 100 day challenge thereafter and I just stuck with it, and I ended up really finding a deep sense of clarity.

The more that I practiced yoga, my grades got better, my relationships got better, my health got better, my mental Clarity got better and I realized how much it was positively affecting my life and I just stuck with it. Mmm. Yeah, yeah, and I completely remember that whole phase and that transformation and I remember you going to yoga just kind of checking it out and then 20 30 days into it. You're still going every day and we were all like, what's going on with Andrew?

What's up with them? He's crazy. And then I think somewhere before you completed, your hundred hundred days in a row, it, I think you got me to go along to one of our very asses, and I remember being there. Yeah. This is new to me, I'm used to being very active. Why can't I do these things?

It's so hot in here. What's going on? And I look over and you just be all smiles, like, ready to go, bring that positive energy, and I definitely saw a transformation with your just attitude with your present of just growing and blossoming into just a Shining Light and to see that happen over in such a short period of time was pretty astonishing. Little, did I know it would lead you to where you are today? Day.

But it was pretty pretty amazing to witness the beauty of life. Is you never know where it'll lead? It's just witnessing it day by day and that's right. And giving every single moment, your presence And so you are going to this, you're sitting in class.

You are looking at the mirror wondering why you can't do this. And I guess the initial feeling to get started with yoga, was too kind of to beat that too kind of conquer it. And I'm sending a very, which I absolutely am a very I like, Calvados, you know, like, I feel like, any time that I'm, yeah, I'm just, I'm like, oh, like, let me figure out why I'm feeling this resistance and how I can get over.

Resistance. Right. Right. And what, what type of resistance were you? Feeling during that time? What were you like? How were you changing? What were you facing? That was such a Joe's, physical limitations, you know, essentially the main point of reference that we have is our physical body.

You know, we wake up every single day and first thing you may do is yawn feeling that you're a little tired from not sleeping. Well, or first thing you may do is wake up and feel energetic. Like, you've got a A hundred dollars in your pocket and you're ready to go out there and make magic in the world. You know.

So it's like, there is this deep sense of Clarity that comes with this bodily sensation and essentially the more that I came to this Bikram Yoga class and felt my body moving through space. The more that I became more sensitive to this, proprioception of how my brain was connecting to my body and the more that I honed in those senses, the more that those senses began to tell me other things like, you know, how my digestion was for the day.

Or, you know how maybe not smoking the Before I went to sleep was actually going to help me sleep better, or maybe, you know, not even that that cookie or that cake before. I went to bed would make me feel more energized when I woke up rather than groggy, you know. So there's a multitude of different things that come from the practice of yoga, which is really just a practice of self-exploration and self-observation, right? And through those two windows of

perception, you begin to hone in. What is your intuition? and then your intuition begins to speak clearly and then when you listen to your intuition, that's when your true path becomes a parent, Absolutely well said brother and that's exactly what I've been exploring and learning over the last couple of years myself and a big part of that has been yoga, which I had my back injury and my disability, and I started doing yoga, which made me become in tune with my body and what it was feeling, why it was hurting.

And now, over the years, I've become more intuitive to other feelings, beyond the physical, and really tapping into that intuition where I'm just becoming And flow with life and understanding how life is, guiding me and follow that flow and not so much resisting. So it's all starts with the physical but has grown much much further beyond that, which is quite incredible. Bruce Lee said, you know, be like water and we got to think water flows.

And if we truly wish to have a life of longevity life of, you know, opulence, a life of love, a life of Happiness, we got to take out all those rocks. Is that are resisting against the flow of water mmm-hmm. Absolutely. And so, with taking out of those rocks, now you're that's go back to Andrew and college, he's doing class.

He's working. He's smart. He's he's has a community. And now he's just drove into this yoga world. How did you begin to take out? Rocks to allow your life to continue on this path? And what challenges did you face to making those changes?

Yes, initially some of those rocks were just my, my bad habits. You know, everyone has these habits that are not really benefiting their progression forward, and, you know, some of those habits were I was at the time, smoking a ton of pot which I love cannabis, I will say, cannabis is wonderful, it's an incredible medicine, but often times I felt myself you know, eating too much.

Sleeping too much and not really being present to that, which is the day. And I really felt it when I started practicing yoga because a lot of yoga is dependent upon your breath. And if you're smoking a lot of carcinogens, whether it's you know, cannabis whether it's tobacco, whether it's you know, smoking Blends, whatever it is, you're still smoking which is putting smoke into your lungs and I was like, oh like this is probably the first thing to

really like let go. And after Let go of that. It was basically the partying because I was oftentimes partying. There's lots of partying going on in college and I felt that you know staying up really late till 1:00 and 2:00 and waking up again at you know yeah. 6:00 a.m. to get to my 7 a.m. yoga class and then having a full day of school and doing it all over again, was not sustainable.

So no, no, we both been there and we can have a whole nother show on this story. Yeah, those good old evening nights. Raves that a cave. Oh yeah. The raven a caveman. All over forget the reve to Cave, right? Used to have one of the three Raven, the cave houses and we used to have these like literally underground techno Raves. That were incredible that all night every weekend. Yeah.

And so I essentially just, you know, when you become more sensitive, that's when it becomes apparent, that what you're doing, See, they're helping you or hindering you and the more sensitive they become, the more apparent that these, you know what they call Boston has, they're like these habitual practices and then you choose, you know, which ones are actually going to help Propel you to the place that you wish to be and through reflection through journaling through a

number of other. You know, really awesome practices that have helped me to observe myself more from a perspective of giving myself. Self-compassion and forgiving myself for the decisions that I made, I really got to a point where I was like, you know, like I didn't know what I was doing then and now I know better and when, you know better, you can only make better choices because, you know better.

So you're like, okay, like, right, this kind of where I am now. And now I have to dig myself out of this hole and I'm not going to go and dragged myself back into that same hole. Yeah, Yeah. Yeah. And I remember witnessing this process and I remember one distinct time we were, I think going to a party. And you had said, no, you don't want to drink. That's going to drag me down and I was like, what? Then you were just stuck with it. You were very adamant.

You knew what you wanted and you stayed sober that night and still had a fantastic time. And I remember witnessing this and thinking, wow, like he's making some inspiring changes. Maybe. You kind of don't need this. Yeah. And to see you really stick with With this and to see you build. One thing that I've always admired of you is your ability to build habits and you have self awareness of what is good, what is beneficial, what makes you better? And you stick to those and your

very own den and very focused which is I think a big part of making this all be successful and work. Yes, actually I think that we all have a Divine gift within us and one of the gifts that Have been able to cultivate within my lifetime is just the gift of listening.

And I really find that the more that I listened, the more that I'm able to tune to what my heart is, telling me, what Mother Nature is telling me what the universe is telling me. And I really do my best to find a quiet space every single morning. And listen, just listen to what the message of the World wishes to share with me and in the nighttime. The same thing every single night before. I go to bed just at least 30 minutes of sitting, some people call it meditation.

Some people call it, pastas some people call it relaxation, whatever you want to call it. It's just listening, just listen to the internal fluctuations of thoughts, listen to the internal fluctuations of your body awareness.

And really begin to make decisions based upon that listening rather than upon all of the noise because there's going to be so much noise so much distraction, so Many things telling you, oh, come over here, let's do this.

And when you really begin to listen to your inner light yourself, that's when the Inner Light begins to guide you. Right. Absolutely. And we're in such a world, that there's so many distractions. So many noisy, shiny things. And we've both everyone's felon in this trap of, oh, that's cool.

I'm going to go over here but it takes you away from the path that you're on and you might have that instant gratification or it might be something cool, but it's taking you away from what you're doing, what you're focusing on and you're not listening to yourself your cluttered.

You have so much noise and Action going on that. It becomes actually impossible to listen to yourself and then you become into state where you are afraid to listen to yourself and you need to fill it with distractions and you can't have silence and you can't have that, that voice telling you what to do and people fear it rather than going into it, which is quite astonishing. I mean, I was there once, but now that I've began to listen, I see it so much better now.

Yeah, Wanted to hear a little bit more about your story because I remember there was a point when you're in San Francisco where it was like, you were going through like a breakdown. And I remember talking to you and you're just like, man, like, you know, I'm done with this.

Like, I can't stand sitting at the desk anymore and my back is hurting and like, you know, I don't know what it's from and like, you had just like this compounding of like, you know, the physical, the mental, the spiritual, like everything was telling you, like, you need to change gears.

And what was like, the what was the Breaking point that helped you change gears. Hoof. Yeah, it all just, I kept ignoring and I kept ignoring and I kept not listening to my body and it just kept compounding and getting worse, my physical health was deteriorating.

I couldn't walk, I couldn't sit down yet. I was still popping pills and painkillers to go to work and to produce and to create. And at some point I was that started suffering and it wasn't able to produce a wasn't able to create and I was In so much pain, I couldn't do anything but I was still wanting to be productive and to do my job because that's what I was been trained to do and I've been in such a rhythm of doing it. So physically I was destroyed

emotionally. I was drained because I was battling this pain and tired and just exhausted all the time and then spiritually, I had no path. I didn't know what to follow. I was just all over the place of what to do and eventually the the pain everything became so bad that I just said I'm done.

I can't do this anymore, I'm done. I don't care about work. I don't care about producing. I just want to get better. And when I did that, I ended up going on disability from work stopping work. Stop trying to produce and within a couple weeks, things started getting better and it made that big click.

That click that lightbulb in me that maybe work is causing this may be the Sitting down is causing this may be the path that I am. Am on is causing this and the more that I sat with that and the more I listened and I stopped taking the painkillers. I started listening to my body feeling into it, tapping into it, that became more and more and more clear. That, that was not what I'm here to do that. Am not what I've been put on this Earth to do. And then I, my challenge far

exceed what I was wasting them on at the time. And so it became a big Revelation that That I don't care about the money, I don't care about producing, that is not what I want to do. I need to leave this and it was just the universe had been knocking on my door for years because I've kind of went through stages of this.

And finally, I was like, okay, I got it. I'm listening. How do I get back my health and get back on track? And how long before were you that realization to going to Bali? How long before that who's three months? I think it was true. It's pretty quick.

Well, I was I started To do in yoga. And I started yet started doing yoga and a big thanks to you. I remember you sent me a bunch of local links on YouTube and some books to get. And my yoga practice. Really started with me. Just laying on the mat.

I was in like child's pose. You could do that maybe. And then, then I would progress to like standing with my feet spread and do that for five minutes and over a couple weeks, I was able to do maybe like a forward lunge.

Not even a forward full but like, just small micro increments because I was able to listen to my body and to be like, okay, I can handle a little bit more, I can handle a little bit more and then eventually during my yoga practice, as really able to feel just get the body awareness in the muscle, awareness of where it was coming from, what was tight, what needs to be worked on?

And the more I got into that cycle after about like three months of doing yoga, I was like, this is awesome. This is what I need, this is Helping me. Yeah, it hurts. And it's not like taking away from the pain but it's making me understand the pain.

So I'm able to stop doing the things that is causing it, which was a huge step forward. And after that point, I wanted to learn as much as I could about yoga and I was like, this is amazing. Like I need to do this and I've seen what it has done to you and to your life.

And I remember, I think we met up in Allah and you told me about you. Had this Retreat and I was like, boom. That is perfect. That is divine intervention right there. Like, I'm just, like, started getting go on this. Andrews, got his first Retreat, like my homeboy, from long, long time. And I want to go to Bali and it's Bali and so it just like all became in the flow and I was like, I'd be, I have to start listening to things, and that was a big wake-up call. I had, and I was like, if this

is anything to listen to, I need to follow this and so that's Me starting to listen to my intuition. And then, once I got here, one thing led to another and now it's been three years. Almost it up in here. Yeah, Breaking Free. That's the key.

That's the key. And, and so, yeah, that's been a huge part of the journey is just listening and and you've been a big help and big support and source of inspiration to do that on myself. And that has led to so many things that have benefited from that and my like of my own doing and my own creation. But you've really helped me look at listening and to observe and to be intentional with my thoughts and my actions, which has been quite incredible to see

the result of that change over the last couple years, happy to be brothers, only half forever, you know, really is a life I'm a friendship and that's the beauty of friendship, is it really allows us the opportunity to help one another and to give each other this deep sense of support and that's what we're here for. That's what friends are really forced to support each other on this path of Awakening.

Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, brother. Now going back to your own challenges and your path you. So you were working. Looking at mine, body back in college. And that was I say your most corporate thing that you've done. Yeah, I mean, I don't know if you know, but like I wouldn't cry, was that mind-body? I work for other software companies do and that's right. That's right.

You were down. Yeah, that's right. You're down in San Diego. And I was dead in San Diego to Seattle for a while. Yeah. That's right. And so you were on that path for real. You had a little taste of it. What was your experience like? Was it all great?

Was it all? Because I really felt that at the time, it was something that was good for me, you know, I was making money and I was doing what Society told me was good for me, you know, I had the security of a 401k, at security of health insurance. I have the security of a constant, you know, paycheck. That was just giving me enough money to have enough fun with the time that I had, that was free time. And I realized that all of my money that I was spending was getting spent.

On yoga teacher trainings and you know, the next phase of learning and the more that I went into these these deeper understandings of who I was and what I was really here to do, I was like wow, like I like yoga a lot more than I like software and it was cool because you know like you know when you'd like have the opportunity to kind of like feed both wolves, you know, it's like oh like I'm feeding the white wolf.

I'm feeding the black wolf from reading the white wolf and be the black book. Like the white wolf a little bit more than the black wolf, or maybe it's a black wolf that you like, but, you know, you got that huh. Essentially I was like, you know, like uh like yoga every day and then go back to work and then yoga every day and go back to work and I was doing good in sales and I was getting good money. Yeah, that I realized that, you know, the more that I kept advancing on this hierarchy of

business and hierarchy of, you know what, we call like the the material wealth world, it was just, you know, Come to this great table party in Vegas. And, you know, the CEO is gonna buy us a table and you know, after that we're going to go to a work conference. In a work conference is going to be talking to other people. Whose only real value in life is maximizing their exponential growth and how can we get more more profits out of this software?

And it's like it's great, it's a great concept to build something. Amplifies, the efficiency of human labor. Awesome, I'm all for it, but that's not by Dharma, That's Not My Heart's, Greatest expression of Happiness. That's not why I wake up in the morning. The reason that I was waking up at 5 a.m. every single morning, was to go to yoga before I went to work so that I could actually sit in a desk for, you know, eight hours and then afterwards feel, okay, enough to go back to

yoga. Right, right, right? Like this this real, the real beauty of it was that, you know, every morning and every evening I had this yoga practice and then I had a really awesome mentor and CEO of this company that I was working for, in Seattle.

Do you guys like, Andrew, you're really good at sales, engineering. You're really, you know, brilliant at creating all these cells systems. And I really gotta tell you though. Like, you really love yoga and he's like, I watch you every single day. You're excited to go to yoga after work and I see how excited you are.

When you come into work, about your yoga class, and then during work, it's kind of like you know you're just getting through the day and I really got to say before you get deeper into this, like we can give you a raise but we could also let you fully practice yoga because I love software and someone told me when I was in between software and studying, He was studying a human psychology that he should go into software because that's really what he loved. And he was doing what he loved.

He had found his thing, right? Is doing it really well and he was making a beautiful startup. He was working at Amazon first and then made this startup that like literally like blew up, and I was the seventh employee left when there was 23 employees and long story, short, he was like you love yoga, go do yoga, you know, Going to give you a severance package.

Like Seattle's not right for you. Like I was like, literally, like some days I would come into work and I was to tears because it was so cold. Yes. Yeah. Riding my bike to work. Yeah. You know, we were both my kind of that kind of day.

Yeah, we were here like the Against the Grain, people who would write literally sit and ride to work and it was healthy, it was great, it felt good. But in Seattle, it gets cold. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I remember you. Up there for a short stint, like, you're up there.

You're like all excited. You moved up. 90 days is all I need and I was like, yeah. And you're in Seattle. Yeah, that doesn't make sense. Cool. I'm from Barbados, you know, about that. Tropical weather sun is shining. That's absolutely.

That's my bad. I mean yeah I couldn't agree more. I'm in Bali, your in Costa Rica. I think our destinations tell tell the truth now Now, so the I mean that's great that you had this Mentor, the supervisor manager friend who was able to look you in the eyes and be like, hey like I he could look at you and be like, I want you to be a software engineer. You're doing great, you're helping my bottom line but he's at their looked you in the eyes and told you the truth that this is what you love and you knew

you loved that. But I think having that external validation or that external like Insight really nailed it home for you. Because after that, You really just turned it up. Yeah. And I think that a lot of us, that's part of listening.

You know, it's part of like, really like having the opportunity to build a relationship with someone where they feel comfortable, giving you advice, yeah. Where they feel comfortable being able to tell you truth and listening, you know, if you're able to listen, then you give someone the space to be able to share with you what they truly find to be self-evident through their Ation of your experience, right? And often times in life you'll have those people who really do you know, drop those golden

nuggets. And when they drop those golden nuggets you got to be there with the handout ready to receive it. Absolutely. And and that's the moment that's, you were listening, you took the heart and has been a catalyst for your life now, but it wasn't all Rosy and beautiful at the beginning. I'm sure.

It was not. Yeah, it was not. I know, it was, it was very hard. It was very, it was very difficult in the first few years. Yeah, because it was, you know, doing something that was uncertain. Yeah. No, paycheck wasn't certain.

I had to work twice as hard, teaching yoga to get a half of what I was earning at a software, get, right? And it was like, you know, like I'm working twice as hard and I'm getting A half like, is this really beneficial for me?

You know, is this and I, my parents were like, what are you doing? Like I I literally, I was living in my guest house of my parents house and I was, I was driving my 1957 Volkswagen. Oh yeah, Costa Mesa California, rest in peace, way up to rest in peace process, patina.

Yeah, it was, it was a difficult, difficult beginning. But you know, once I got the hang of it and once Once I really dedicated my my light towards it, it really expanded so quickly. Yeah, and I've really only been practicing yoga for 10 years and I've only been teaching for eight years and I've only been full-time as a yoga teacher for the last six years and It has completely gone from, you know, to yeah. And I think that's the key is really, really sticking with it. If you're passionate about,

whatever it is that you're doing whether you're an artist a musician. You know, whatever it is that you're doing be fully engaged. Create the habits that are necessary to be able to do it on a daily basis to the best of your ability and And really be open to advice, but also stay rooted in your own hearts and X stay rooted and, and really listening to yourself. Because they'll be so many people out there who want to give you advice as to how they

got to where they were, you know, do this this that and another to really get to the next level. But essentially you have to really listen to your own inner intuition, and your own inner intuition will be the guide to help you. You see through on the path.

Yeah, absolutely beautifully said and that's something that yoga has taught you. How to do is to see that intuition and the great thing is Yoga is what you were doing. So I'm sure the more you did it. The more you saw it, the more you did it, the more he saw it and it just blossomed from there. Because I remember when you were beginning on that path and you were, you're struggling, you were broke. It was difficult.

You were going from paycheck to paycheck and I remember trying to Fathom that I couldn't understand that I'd been in the corporate world, I've been making steady paycheck and steady income and I'm like, what do you mean like you're struggling? And to see you just stick with it and whenever we would catch up or run into each other, what are you up to yoga? What are you doing yoga?

And it was just you stayed on that path. Continue to do it, but the things that you were doing progressed, you started like, attending yoga classes, and then you started Being part of conferences or Journal events or every like all these different Retreats and events and being not only a participant, but actually contributing and giving part back to the community. And when you actually get, that's the key contributing, the more that the more value that

you give, the more that you'll write. And I figured that out after really diving deep into more of the, the cell, Off help world like, you know Think and Grow Rich. It was a huge beneficiary to my growth in that world and then also Rich Dad, Poor Dad, I read.

When I was a little kid. Yeah, that was a really good one for for my growth and then really diving deeper into a really incredible book. That is the yoga, sutras the translation by patanjali and a lot of what he speaks about in there is really having a disciplined mind set.

As to how you're given, how you're sharing everything that you do, do it with a deep sense of reverence, a deep sense of love, a deep sense of putting a little bit of your heart into this and I think that that is really what Amplified, you know, that's what differentiated me from all the other yoga teachers is that I was really putting forth a deeper level of myself.

I was able to put my own creativity into it, I was able to put my own work and Effort and experience into it. And I think that that is really when people resonate with things as they're like, oh like, wow. Like I can feel the love that's in it, you know? And that's, that's really the difference that really makes that that lasting effect that says, wow, I'm going to come back to his lost because he went the extra. Yeah, you know, and I've seen you do it time and time again. The being giving going that

extra mile, you always are giving whether it be a piece of your heart or just a smile, or Are just something you found or picked up along the way. You've already had something in hand to give and the more that you give the more it opens up other people and contributes to a community.

And then they're able to give which is just so beautiful to witness and to see. And I any time that I've I think any time I've been with you. You've always given me something just out of nowhere for no reason. And that was the beautiful part of it.

It was loud like, really, We have make a lasting impact on people and to be able to be confident in yourself and your abilities to be able to give without it without wanting to receive without making it in sustainable where you're able to give a part and still continue on.

Theirs is quite incredible. Yeah, I think it really comes down to understanding that this universe is all energy and we oftentimes get attached to our own experience of life. Our own experience of what we see through our eyes and essentially our eyes are only transmitting energetic, awareness of what is all around us.

We're being able to conceptualize this world as our own interpretation. And so when we give We have to realize that, you know what, we may see as something that is a gift, it could be even something as simple as an apple, that Apple could be the nourishment for someone for a day.

You know, that Apple could change someone's life as to them being, shut off to the world, to now being open to the world because they were just able to receive nourishment for their day and it's like we got to really be aware that the smallest gift. are just presence, just giving each other the opportunity to connect on a real human level and I feel now more than ever those connections are needed because those connections are, What spark the will to continue on with this

life and I really, I really feel strongly from the deep this place in my heart that we got to get back to human connection and we got to get back to really feeling what it feels like to hold each other to support each other to hug each other.

To share this Human Experience. That is life and that is really the bottom line of why I always give because I feel it. Brings us back to that space within ourselves. That is a Understanding that we're all in this together.

Yes, absolutely. We are all in this together and it's people, like you that bring us together, that spark that connection. So much to learn from you and thank you so much for the gifts that you've gained. Such being such a being of light for being on this podcast.

That's about all the time we have for today, but would love to have you back sometime and there you definitely there, we have it. Andrew. Seeley, being of light yoga, Guru meditation. He's got it all in the full package and always willing to give. Thank you so much.

This is thank you so much, Brent for starting the Rat Race Rebellion. I think that this is going to be an absolutely incredible project, that really gives people the steps and the keys to get out of that rat race. And really tap back into their true hearts and tension.

And Brenda is a perfect example of it of someone who Headed to take the leap and I feel like that is the first step is really taking the leap into the faith of knowing yourself of listening to yourself and of knowing that you have everything inside of you, to be able to really create your dreams.

And I feel strongly that our friendship is built on that that sense of you know giving each other, the support didn't take those leap. So I really am grateful for your support on my Ernie. And I really feel that, you know, this is just the beginning, this is just the beginning, and thank you so much for creating this wonderful community that I have the opportunity.

I was shaking so much Andrew pleasure to have you on here and looking forward to so much more blessings to you have a wonderful day. Thank you. All so much for listening.
