Yoga injuries are more common than you'd think — over 30% of people who practice yoga suffer from one.
That's terrifying as a new yoga teacher!!!
The last thing you want to do is go out and start teaching and hurt people! (The whole goal is to help heal people, right?!?)
This can easily be avoided, and if you are not feeling confident about your ability to create a safe environment for your students, then listen in!
You'll walk away with some helpful tips on how to avoid injuries in your classes!
In this episode, Paul and Michael discuss the prevalence of injuries in yoga. What areas of the body are most often injured and why. As well as simple reflections on how you can adjust your teaching style (and/or practice) to avoid injuries in general.
Regardless of your yoga (or medical) background, there is something in this episode for you.
