Building The IN Movement studio began the moment a vision stopped feeling theoretical and started asking something real of Byron de Marsé.
In this episode, Byron speaks candidly about what it means to bring The In Movement into form. Not as a brand concept, but as a lived philosophy shaped by years of teaching, partnership, risk, and trust.
Rather than offering a polished origin story, Byron reflects on the quieter forces behind the studio’s creation. The long arc of preparation, the subtle pivots that could have led somewhere smaller, and the internal clarity required to choose something bigger. He explores the tension between going inward and showing up fully in the world, and why embodiment, community, and lasting transformation sit at the heart of this movement.
This conversation invites you behind the scenes of a project still unfolding. It does not explain everything. Instead, it opens a doorway into the questions, values, and inner work that make this space what it is becoming.

So it's been a bit of time since we've been on the mic, and Byron's here in the house. Hi, Byron. It's Hello. So, yeah, just kind of coming back after a little bit of a lull over the holidays. There's been a lot going on. We've mentioned a few times, you know, building studio space, and that's kind of all coming through in the upcoming months, which is really exciting.
So we took the last few months to take some time off and now we're back, which is pretty exciting. It's exciting for me, yeah. I hope it is for everyone. Yeah, well, if you don't know much about it, we're going to talk a lot about it, so. There we go.
So for today and the next couple episodes, we're going to kind of just unfold a little bit about like what has been going on from the perspectives of, you know, Byron, Paul and Leia, who are actually the founders of this entire movement overall.
And just kind of talking about like some of the things that have been happening, how it's kind of happened, you know, some of the things in between. And ultimately just creating a bit of a story of like how we got to this point, all knowing that we're leading up to the opening of the studio, which is scheduled to be for in April of this year, 2026.
Anything for you, Brian? How does it feel to be back? Back on the mic, on the mic Oh, I love the mic love the mic. This forces me right into the the full present moment, which is is nice. It's always nice when you have so much going on and you're trying to juggle so many different tasks and meetings and then you got your classes.
Actually, classes are a bit of a reprieve from that too, because they also force you right into the present moment. But there's so much planning and creating and I love it. But yeah, when you just hit record on this mic, it's just it's just what's important and just let it come through.
Yeah, in in kind of the world of the microphone and the headphones. So I'm curious like I'm the kind of the outline of steering this conversation through logic so that the the listeners, there's so much going on that it's like, where do we really start? Yeah.
Yeah. Well, we start with the first question. Oh, I have a couple questions to kind of. Create that. OK, perfect. That's perfect. First question that I have about this was, was there a pivotal life moment that influenced your approach to creating this space here in Bali? And what is that space?
Do they know the space? We talked about the studio being built, but I'd say not so much. Maybe. I mean, we can talk about it as though they don't know. Yeah, that's kind of where I was at. I was like, OK, everybody, if this is your first episode you're ever listening to this podcast has taken on a few different titles and now it is shifting into a brand new, let's call it orientation. So a different configuration.
And that basically means we're going to have a new title. We're going to have me and Michael will both be very involved with the podcasts and we're, we're going to format it a bit as well to, to make it as friendly as possible for, for those of you that are listening so that the content will be absorbable. It will be meaningful, transformational and represent who we are, who we are at our core and this movement that we are creating right now.
So the name is called the in movement as I think we've announced before. So let's go back to that first question now. Yeah. Was there a pivotal life at the moment that influenced basically getting to this point of creating this space?
Yeah, the way my navigation system is responding to that is that preparation meets opportunity and that equals what people call luck. So we're very lucky in some ways to, to be in this position based off of the environment, the, the yoga, the yoga, what am I thinking of niche, you know, of yoga, like where it is in the marketplace, for example, and being in Bali, Ubud specifically.
And then preparation is like all of those years of hard work or blood sweat and tears of teaching 25 classes a week or 15 classes a week or three years straight of no days off and really honing in the craft of the experience of space holding and, and refining that. And then, you know, going to retreats and leading those all over the world with Paul and then eventually coming to Bali and doing trainings and at the same time expanding, at least from my own personal
perspective, my own. Yeah, just expanding my own horizons and continuing to learn and continuing to see through my lens, but do my best to like add more information and see through others lenses as well so that the evolution continues.
And yeah, the movement continues. The pivotal moment would just be the partnership, the relationship that we built over the years with yoga studio here in Ubud and then us agreeing to partner in this bigger project together. And I would say that agreement is the pivotal, the pivotal moment that actually made it being made it able to manifest in this material world.
Yeah, and that happened through showing up all that hard work stuff as well. Yeah, I'm going to get to the next question, but I actually curious in about your hat says. Oh my hat, my hat. What does it say? Read it for me. Without truth, there is no.
Freedom, yes. And I think this is getting into the guts of our brand a bit. And as a lot of you know, I've developed empowerment yoga a few years ago and this also resonates with that level without truth. There is no freedom. Or there is no freedom without truth. Either way you look at it, is it true? Depends how you define freedom, I guess. But to be free of suffering, which is what the Bhagavad Gita is all about, then you got to have truth. But what is truth?
Maharashi says the truth is in silence. So if I'm able to be still and to let whatever needs to come up come up, that would be, in some essence, the definition of truth. And through that experience, which some might call acceptance, some might call it meditation or just awareness, we cultivate more what's known as freedom. But if you're looking at this through the lens of like, I'm a free country, I'm a free man, not exactly the same thing. Creating this.
You know, these questions might all do this to me, but it's just everything to me is in flow and synchronistic, so it doesn't like nothing feels like there's a boundary of when it wasn't and when it is, it doesn't make sense like when.
It started or. Exactly. It's just it's started when I was born. It's easier to trace back to like at least 1514 years ago and now it's like through the relationships and through the energy and through a lot of like adaptive patterns that you know you witnessed that may or may not be helpful or serving you.
You start to recognize that you want to listen to that deeper soul level or call it gut instinct, call it intuition, but to me, it's like listening to your soul of where you're supposed to go and what you're supposed to do.
And I feel like the more work you do on yourself and the more coherence that is coming through with your heart and your mind and just everything all together, then it's pretty clear the path you should follow. And there's also this, this, this deep trust that begins to happen as well.
That's, it's not that kind of trust that is like, oh, I trust you to, to help me out or trust you to, you know, Michael, to lead a really good podcast. It's not bad. It's more of like if you fuck up and do a terrible podcast, I still trust that that's meaningful as well and that it's, it's meant to be and that there's something good and juicy there to learn from the boundaries a little blurry for me. It's like, it's just, it's always meant to be. Like this moment is meant to be
wherever we're at right now. It's not a surprise. It doesn't feel like there was a strong moment that I was like made a choice to do this or anything like that. It was all pretty effortless. But through a lot of determination and showing up and staying connected to it and also learning from what you might call perceived mistakes, even though there are no mistakes, you know, but learning from things that might bring you out of coherence and higher
stressful times and also observing through others experiences, but ultimately regulating your own life. It just seems like you follow the path of least resistance. And if there is resistance there, it's not, don't, you know, don't avoid it. Observe it and observe your own, you know, maybe truth within that resistance.
And then you can, yeah, make make your choices from there. What does the in movement mean or represent for you then? So you know me, I'm a wordsmith. I love words. And originally our brand, who some of our listeners might have attended some classes at a studio called Empowered that we had in the South part of Bali, we had it for about a year.
And so I as much as that word is, is a, is a word I like it was, we made a group decision to move away from that word. You know, there are no wrong decisions with, with like branding and stuff. Like everything is going to lead you somewhere, but you still want it to resonate for you.
So I remember I had a moment I was in India and I think you were the first person I told this to. I was like, gosh, this is coming through so strong. And it's some of some people have been to India, they've listened to this. If you haven't, the energy there is very mystical And like, if you're already tapped into the universal signs, like they seem to give you stronger there.
Bali's like that too. So I had this download, let's call it where the word in came in really strong. It was like in, in, in, in. And it could be a preposition, It could be a noun. It can probably be, I don't know if it can be a verb, but it, it's a very multifaceted word and very simple. It's 2 letters and in a modern world where it's can be kind of tricky and it can be difficult to define who you are, you know, your branding and all of this.
Like that's the word that came through for me really strong. And also to be like full transparent, the word involved also came in. I was like in and involved. And so I sent that to the branding agency in the group and everybody kind of bought into it and was like, let's let's work with that. And so then when, you know, we already were aware that like, you can call something, you know, house, or you can call it movement, or you can call it studio or centre, you know, after that.
So when we put movement after it, we looked at it, we're like, oh, movement is like a broader term to go outward in means to go inward and that play on words that created a bit of a paradox, especially when you put the word the in front of it, the in movement. You know, if you just, you know, I wanted you to sit with that because if I just speed through it, it's hard to really digest it.
But if you say in movement, it's very much insinuated that there's there's movement happening in the body, like physical movement. Whereas if you go with the in movement, it's more of like we're the in and movement is just an additional word after it.
We're the in the in movement. That's kind of I think the essence or at least a part of a perspective of what the word movement could be can also be movement, physical movement, yoga, asana, that type of stuff could be movement of the mind, movement of energy. The in part in combination with that I think is what gives it that play and that paradox.
And you know, it can be up for interpretation like what it might mean for each individual person. And I'm sure, you know, Paul and Leia and even myself will have different ways in which we would verbalize that same thing.
So. At the center of our being there is this profound, say, essence of of knowing. And yoga is it's always been about that. But what it hasn't really been about, at least in some of the modern times, is how to go out into the world and actually make a difference in the world. So going in, we don't we don't want to just go out and you don't want to just go in like you want to make sure this is a, a full, you know, well-rounded, call it holistic perspective of you know how this works, like go
by going out, you make you make the differences and like you can define what does going out mean? You know, what does the movement aspect mean? Obviously, the in part is pretty simple. You're going in inside, but to go out or to be in movement, it's like it could be a global movement across the world. But how does that really happen?
And to me, that's happening on the level of you are raising your vibration by going inward. And by going inward. If you just, if you raise your vibration to the point where you decide to hide from the world, that doesn't do much good.
But if you raise your vibration and you live your life and you're naturally gravitating towards connection, human interaction, which perhaps turns into save a selfless service or community charity or for example, then you are making a difference in the world. Even just by leaving your house, you're making a difference because your vibration is raised. Yeah, some, some people might think they have to go start a charity and it's like there's so many things they have to to do in order to get that, that main
thing to happen and to raise money for that cause. But I believe that just by raising your vibration, leaving your house, you're doing it. Did you all agree you, Paul and Leia all agree immediately on the direction or did it alignment take some time? I think that's a constant work in progress even now, like differing outlooks on kind of how it's going to go. But that's, that's the, that's the fun part about all this stuff is like, as much as you pretend that something's set in stone or like a final decision
is happening, that's not ever true. I mean, even if you painted the walls of certain colour, you could change the colour. OK, maybe the, the studio's harder to change, you know, the floor is there, but you could technically expand that. So what when it is?
So to me, everything's always malleable. And so I'm always like throwing out ideas and, you know, kind of interesting to see what sticks. And some ideas I recognize aren't meant to be the idea, but more of just to stimulate more conversation around the idea to lead to the next evolution of what the choice would be. So I like the ideas right now of like leaning into the end part as much as we can because I just like how simple it is. You know, there's a lot of
brands out there right now that have movement afterwards. It's really, really popular. I keep seeing it. I don't know if it's like chicken or the egg, but ever since we decided to call ours movement, I just see it everywhere. But almost all of them have to do with moving your body. Ours is less about that and more about the bigger global movement.
So that's an interesting thing to me that we need to to kind of work with because you are very much working with the collective field of what what energy or what definitions, what reality has been put into a word. That's kind of why we went away from empowered a bit empowered. Everybody's empowered.
This yoga studio is empowering. This life coach is empowered. We kind of looked at that and we're like, OK, let's move away from empowered. I don't think in is going to go out of style, no pun intended. So let's let's do something very simple that'll never get old. And let's not lean into inward too much or inside too much. That way it can keep the connotation of I'm in, I'm in, you know, that's a little different. That's like an exclamation point. Often times when, you know, we
answer the question, if we're invited somewhere and we're like, hey, are you, are you coming to that, that party, you know, on, you know, next week I'm in, you know, something like that. Not just yes, like I'm in, it's like the ultimate yes. And so I think in that way, that's that's what I'm leaning into us being like I'm in, you know, meaning like I'm in the world.
I'm in this experience. I'm not just going inside to hide, and I don't think most people are aware that they're going inside to hide by any means. But that level of consciousness will arise at some point. And there are monasteries and ashrams you can go enroll yourself in if you really need that.
But if you're not going to do that, you're living on planet Earth with most of the, you know, the population that's living in a society that's connected by a device and is more and more leaning into artificial intelligence and needs more authentic human interaction and needs people in the world that I mean it. They are empowered.
But they do it by not just going in, but by choosing to be in. And that's really exciting to me. Yeah. OK. So even though it's a very simple title, in some ways it's just, it has so much depth, right for me. And when you simplify language, you know, into duality, you just look at hot and cold or wet or dry, hard or soft, you know, And so we have in and out, which is a very simple, easy to digest.
For us human organisms with where we're at and our consciously easy for everyone to digest on that duality level and you can such a wide spectrum, you can work with there from all the way in to all the way out. What do you think is your unique perspective or skill set that brings to this brand?
My unique perspective perspective skills. You know, collaborating with a group of people, what is it that you feel like you bring to the to the movement? Yeah. So on an individual, so this is always interesting because you're speaking from the eye point of view, which there's always a little ego in there.
So you got to like recognize that and still talk through it. So I resonate as a visionary. I don't see anyone else in our group. That's as much in the visionary archetype as I am. So I view my role as once again noticing patterns, seeing the unseen, a bit of the magician role. It's kind of what I do in my yoga classes too. I'm just helping navigate others process of seeing themselves or seeing the world or seeing others in a different light or through a different lens.
So that's also my superpower or my unique gift that lends to the team because I I can I can identify patterns and trends and I can look at the marketplace and see like Rep. I can notice pattern. Wow, that's the eighth time I've seen that this month. Like that stands out to me, you know, through awareness. So it might just to simplify it just be like, I think I have a very broad awareness is my main unique gift, which in turn lends to a lot of creative ideas and
implementation of maybe what might be considered as not the societal norm or the expected, whether it's through a class offering or the pay structure or boldness. Yeah. And you know, this, it's a difficult role to be in sometimes because if somebody doesn't see something, they don't believe in it, but they have a level of trust with you too.
But then they're hard wired already in some ways to maybe not believe it. So you got to have patience in that role and and not be so attached either to push anything forward with like a, a, a, an agenda. I think that's the key to that role.
That's great. That makes me think a little bit about the spirit animal thing, but I don't want to get into that too much. I don't think maybe that could be another. Episode I'm a corgi, yeah, I'm a corgi that herds people. Like.
It's true though, like, yeah, just get just kind of nudge people in a certain direction, right? And then maybe they'll go in that direction or maybe they won't. You know, at the end of the day, you can't control that. But all you can do is kind of lead them there. Corgi.
Corgi is my animal. And corgis are little dogs with the big butts who like the roundup sheep and cattle and stuff. And like that's, that's my spirit. And that's your unique perspective to bring? Yeah. Was there a moment or moments where this whole thing didn't almost didn't happen? There was different iterations of ways it could have happened that would have looked different, maybe smaller and less big.
So like we have a big project going on. It's almost finished and it's it's a big place and it has multi features to massive yoga studios, bigger than you see most places, way bigger. They can fit 90 people, 70 people. That's a lot of people.
Maybe we even add a third room to that. And then we also have like the ability to film there. We also have a restaurant. We also have a nice lawn area where 50 people could hang out if they wanted to and just chill. And then we have a recovery center just meaning like with the sauna, the cold plunge, the little salt and magnesium pull. So like this turned into a pretty big project, but originally it went was potentially going to be in a different direction where we
just had one room, none of the other things, just one yoga studio that might have fit 50 people, even 40 and that would have been a yoga teacher training room and that's it. So it really blossoms. So they could have gone into that direction pretty easily. But as the visionary, like once I got the information of possibilities, I started to really get excited and, and heard people nudge them in a certain direction. And that's the direction we went. Although much more expensive
upfront investment, it's still the direction we chose. And so here we are. And now you can literally walk around in this place and you've done it, you've been in there, you can feel it, you can sense it and you can visualize so much more now There's there's so much more unlocked energy now that you can, you can just see possibilities there.
It's it's pretty cool. Let's Fast forward a little bit. Studios built, things are rolling, going well. What, what is your hope for people's experience to be or what are you trying to help curate an experience for people so that they can, you know, walk away with what?
You know, a lot of our branding is around this phrase, lasting transformation. So we want people to learn or remember how to level up their life or their state of consciousness and not just to have a quick fix and go back to the norm. Quick fix, go back to the norm, quick fix, go back to the norm. Although that can be effective too. And sometimes, you know, you just get fed up with going back to the norm.
So you you decide to change something in your life. So often community, and this is from somebody like I, I'm not, I'm not somebody who really had that in my vocabulary for most of my life. Community. I had friends of course. And but when I got into yoga, it didn't feel like it was for community.
It was really for my personal spiritual liberation. I wouldn't have said that either. I would have just said, I don't know, I just feel good after this. I can't explain it. My mind feels more calm and I feel more expansive and I feel less fear and less anxious and, and yes, I'm around people when I'm doing it. So maybe there was a communal aspect that I didn't really catch on to, but for the most part, leave me alone while I'm in there.
Like I just wanted to be in my own bubble, but I wouldn't have done that in my living room online either. So there was something about being around people that we're all doing this and maybe an unexplainable or less tangible, more ethereal type of let's call it A and entrainment of a sense where they were pulling me along like the embodiment of the teacher was was drawing me out and inspiring me.
I was becoming more confident, not just through these exercises and stretches and yoga, but through the actual powerful teacher that had walked the walk and through walk them walking the walk. It couldn't help but want to walk the walk too. So step one is get them, get people that experience where really embodied people are facilitating the practices. And it's not just, forgive me if you're in this bracket, but a 21 year old that just finished their 200 hour teacher training and is leading a vinyasa
demonstrating the whole class. And a lot of those people are my students and I love them. And I, I do think if you do that, like there's nothing wrong with that, but you should have some desire to move from that at some point and evolve your teaching into a place where you can stay fully present with the individuals that are in that room.
And also increase your capacity to hold space on a higher level so that you are raising your vibration, not just sweating and stretching. What I want people to walk out of there with is like a real embodied experience because they got to see it, feel it, taste it, touch it, sense it all through a masterful experience. And then through the integrity of the architecture or landscape of the in movement platform, people are able to continue to connect with community.
So the in person community is is pretty simple to me. It just happens through really awesome classes and people want to keep coming back and they want to share it with their friends. That's what I do. If I love a dessert somewhere, I want somebody to taste it.
If I love an experience somewhere, I want somebody to to know about it and I want them to get credit for that a little bit. You know, it's part of the reason. But I also want them to be helped. So I think the in person on the ground level of that is pretty simple.
But as far as the online architecture, I want to really allow people to come to Bali. Those people who come here for one month and then they leave and they might want to come back for another month in the next year, they can come back again.
But they don't, they don't lose themselves, right? They don't lose themselves to the norm state change shift. They're able to level up. They can keep levelling up. And we support them in that process. And honestly, they support us in that process too.
You know, I mean, I'm just a talking head if I don't have people to listen to me as well. So it goes both ways. So that entrainment pulling people, you know, it's happening all the time. And I think that's a, that's a key, the key factor of community communities entrainment, like we may not fully realize it on the deeper level, but we we gravitate towards, we need it for evolution.
We feel more whole with it and that's it's totally possible through, through some of the, the, the 10,000 hours plus that many of us have put in. I think 'cause it's got to start there. What is this space asking of you now as it comes into this world? It is asking me to ask for help a little bit because I think there's an organizational aspect to to what is happening now that for exponential growth on a higher level to be realized, I'm going to have to get more
organized. And I also have to surrender to the fact that I'm never going to do that. I'm just never going to do that in a way that allows optimal growth to happen. And luckily I already have support around me. And, you know, Rhea, for example, you know, and, you know, she just keeps levelling up and, you know, she's Bolognese assistant.
She's amazing. And, you know, and I've had, I've just had, you know, all, you know, the team. You know, we have a great team. We have a great team. But also whether it's adding to that team or allowing more opportunity for people to rise within, you know, what's happening. So, yeah, like, you know, asking for help is an interesting way to say that receiving support might be a better way to say that receiving support.
I, I, I changed my answer to the receiving support. I think it sounds a little bit better than rather asking for help because again, I think no matter what, on a personal level, life is good. But if you're truly trying to affect change and like, what is this space asking from me now at this point, that's what it's asking for me, right?
This isn't just about me staying in a higher vibration anymore. You know, I think I've built up a lot of resilience in my own system to have ups and downs and know how to get back up again. But you know, what about others, you know, this space allows that. So when you say space, it just takes me into the exponential aspect of the movement of the world of at least this community where it starts.
And then, you know, it's starting to affect on a bigger level, like, you know, if we won't really want to affect change where people, you know, it, let's say yoga's dying down. I know some people think that, you know, that the trend of yoga is like Pilates is replacing yoga studios and this is happening around the world. They're going to pay $30.00 for a drop in class. You'd rather take something that's going to just blast you into some hard workout.
Almost, right? That's the embodied thing that's missing. If you have a truly embodied leader or teacher or whatever you want to call it, and they are facilitating an experience where you get to level up and it's obvious to you that you're levelling up, you're not just exercising, people will pay for that.
So when you say space, it makes me think of that experience of like the overall, The overall, what is it when you put your narrative, It's the overall narrative, which we did a podcast on. It's the overall narrative around the word yoga in general. And if you really want to change that as well and to have the stock be increasing rather than decreasing, because I've definitely seen a change on that for the last 20 plus years, then yeah, it's going to really have
to happen through that level of whatever I said, which I forgot. You said a lot. I know, but it is going to have to happen on an exponential level where we are doing it together. Basically, we're doing it together. Yeah.
So, you know, it makes me think a bit of the where it kind of stemmed from to some degree, the Empowered studio, you know, we played with that word empowered for a while, Empowered X and all these things. And even though the name is different, the element of empowerment or being empowered or the journey of empowerment is all still infused within the community, within the mission, within the vision, within the experience that we want to cultivate for people.
Not only just for the people that show up as you know, let's say clients or customers, but also people who want to get involved, be a teacher at the studio, you know, the staff, whatever it is, is finding ways in which we can still empower just the, the, the entire team, the collective, the people that come in that can provide the help, which helped ultimately helps to empower ourselves as well.
So just thinking of that word, even though we've moved away from it, we didn't really move it. It's just kind of under the rug and still present. Yeah, because with the word empowered and just leaving it at that, it's very buzzy and strong and it's there's no insinuation there that you're going to stay with them.
It's like our job is to get you empowered and then you're on your own, which isn't bad. It's just, is that enough? Because the nature of life is to oscillate or fluctuate, and so of course they're going to fluctuate from empowered to something else. Below the line of empowerment from the David Hawkins map of consciousness, at least empowered is where you got to get in order to make choices for your life. And then you can start to reach all those beautiful layers of acceptance and joy and love and
bliss and whatever else you want to call it. Enlightenment reasoning is even considered like a really high vibration above empowerment or courage, which are considered the same vibrational level. So yeah, it's like, hey, just pat you on the butt. Hey, you're empowered, go out there and get them, you know, But the truth is, is the world isn't, it's not too accepting of empowered individuals, right?
Every advertisement you see and every device that you hold is just programs are designed to disempower you, to pull your power out of you a little bit and give them power to sell you this, you know, so the in movement actually what a beautiful concept where you know, we have to define it and help people to see see it. But the intention is there.
You go inside and become empowered and then you go out. And this movement is a community across the world that will support this growth for the long haul, long term, forever and ever and ever and karmically transcending the next generations and those generations after and after and after. It's like that ripple effect.
Right. The ripple effect, that actually is a huge part of it. It's part of the brand as well. Why we have a? Little the logo. It's a ripple. Yeah, we that's right. Is it a ripple or a nipple? Well, it's a ripple that's either going in or it's going out or it's going both, depending on the way that you look at it.
Yeah. Which is kind of the beauty of the paradox to some degree as well. Yeah. Great. So yeah, let's wrap it up a little bit. I'm just thinking of, you know, the people are like, oh, this is cool. I'm excited. I'm in Bali or I'm not in Bali. Like what can I, how can I like, stay on top of these things? Like, how can I like get involved now or like, what can I, you know, is there anything that I can do at this particular time after listening to this
podcast? Like cool, this is all exciting but like do I have to wait till April or like what's going on? I would always point people to our new Instagram. Yeah, that's the first thing I would do. And then you can start to feel the like we're teasing, like a lot of the tidbits and founding information and the branding is really strong. And eventually that's going to be where everywhere, where everything goes.
And if you're in Bali, we'll probably add a a second account for the Bali location so that we'll have like this online platform that's really strong Instagram handle and then a second one that's more based off the Ubud location.
That's that's what I would say, yeah. What I would say is the in movement.com, the website itself, if you go there, there's a wait list, sign up simple that you can kind of just jump onto our newsletter and you will be informed how things kind of evolve.
When the studio is ready. Any kind of events that are happening, trainings, these types of things, opportunities, stuff like that will all be kind of expressed and shared obviously through Instagram because that's obviously a portal that people love. But if you're like, you know what, I just want to actually have something the word sent to me and I don't actually have to log into that platform, then yeah, just go to the in movement.com and you can just
sign up to the wait list and you know you'll get sent the details. Yeah, there might be some cool like promotions or packages or like fun giveaways. Who knows what's going to happen there, so. Yeah. That would be what I would recommend for sure. And then on, yeah, just keep listening to the podcast, of course, because we're going to continue to talk about these things.
You know, we'll have the other founders coming in and we'll obviously continue to create valuable content for you guys, just for, you know, the concept of yoga, of looking in, the introspection, just, you know, life in general, lifestyle, all these things is really what this podcast is going to be about, making it fun, something to listen to.
But a lot of the authenticity and the presence and the embodiment within this podcast is what I actually really love doing. Yeah, you know, we did. This is probably the first time that I've actually asked questions, like structured questions and like years of doing this podcast, which did feel a little off.
And you, you know, but at the same time, you know, structure is not a terrible thing. It's, you know, brings truth. So to me, it's all transparency and just being as open as possible. And and you know, as we're as we're growing and learning and sharing things, we're, you know, also being transparent in that way.
And I think everybody learns from those experiences. You know, we also welcome feedback, which is kind of where we're at now. So if you have any thoughts or feedback, you want to reach out. You can do that through the Instagram handle. You can obviously reach out to Byron Yoga Michael Yoga dot PT Otherwise, yeah, we'd love to hear from you guys. But that's it for me.
Yeah. I mean, should I, should I hit this button we created a while ago? Sure. OK, so this button, here we go. I'm going in. So that's a Byron from probably like God, maybe like 3-4 months ago now. Yeah, inspiring little planting the seeds.
Inspiring little birds let's, you know, do the other one. Let's do another one. We've got a few. Let's see. Oh. That's pretty good. That was nice. That was me and Michael both, by the way. What's this one? I don't remember, that's a little random. Last one and.
Last one to finish it off. That was nice. That's perfect. What a way to end. Thanks Byron. Appreciate you. Thanks for having me on, Michael, and I'm excited to host some of these too. And to to go into this new. It's not even a chapter. It's like a new, completely new beyond a book, even like a whole new world.
Like an evolution. It's a whole new world. Yeah, Aladdin would love that. All right, thanks everyone for tuning in this week and I'll speak to you next week. Take care for now, Ciao. I'm going in.
