Sekala is the downstairs shala, home to our teacher trainings, immersions, and extended study.
Inspired by the Balinese word for the seen and tangible realm, the space is designed to hold both energetic practice and deeper inner experience. Surrounded by lush greenery, it feels open and alive, with natural airflow, great acoustics, and room to move. It holds both powerful collective practice and quiet moments of reflection.
